Arrayworks Launches Low-Code Business Management Platform

Business management solutions company Arrayworks held its public unveiling today. Combining customer relationship management (CRM), business process management (BPM) and project management features, the platform provides solutions tailored to each organization’s brand and culture — without requiring a custom application. It can be deployed on premises or in the cloud with no limits on bandwidth and accessed from any device.

Arrayworks features a low-code platform that founder and CEO Gordon Earle spent the past decade perfecting. Low-code platforms are characterized by quick setup and deployment, with a minimum of hand coding. In a blog post, Earle explains, “In a world where cycle times are shrinking every day across all aspects of our businesses, ‘low-code platforms’ present a way to move faster, be more efficient and serve customers more effectively.

Companies using the industry-agnostic platform include those from financial services, hospitality, automotive, and life sciences, and it is suited for even complex processes and business models. Earle told Business Solutions, “Many of our customers have started by solving complex problems in one area of their organization and once they have refined their processes, seamlessly deploy the solution to the rest of their company.”

Arrayworks anticipates that channel partners will see interest in this solution from both prospects and existing customers — and expects to launch its channel program in Q1 2016. The program will enable solutions providers to offer this platform combined with their value-added solutions, delivering customized solutions to end users that can be expanded with more functionality as their businesses grow.

For IT solutions providers in the “trusted advisor” role, Earle points out, “Our meta-platform is an ideal conduit for actualizing what consulting engagements are designed to accomplish. It creates transparency, collaboration, and accountability between clients and the consultants. Creating more engagement opportunities and promoting closer ties between the parties.”

“This is a win-win proposition for managed services providers that need to stand out in a crowded space or offer enterprises new technology with a proven ‘wow’ factor that they cannot get anywhere else,” Earle comments.
