Shift4 Opens New Markets For The Dealer Channel

Source: Shift4

Shift4 Payments is known as a leading provider of integrated payment processing and technology solutions. Headquartered in Allentown, PA, Shift4 delivers a complete omni-channel ecosystem that extends beyond payments to include a wide range of commerce-enabling services.

Using their in-house resources, Shift4 has launched two new programs that are designed to empower the dealer/reseller channel to expand their sales into new verticals and markets with minimal operational changes or investment. The first is the MICROS Sales Program, a completely turnkey program that leverages Shift4’s new MICROS “Center of Excellence.” It enables dealers to sell integrated payments to MICROS POS customers, a market that was traditionally only accessible to Oracle MICROS resellers.

The second program is its Hotel Sales Program that leverages the company’s expertise in the hotel and hospitality market. Like the MICROS Sales Program, the Hotel Sales Program is completely turnkey – a dealer simply needs to submit the deal and Shift4 handles all the setup and support. And with more than 350 hospitality integrations for hotels, restaurants, salons & spas, golf courses, retail, and more, Shift4 is in a unique position to help dealers tap into this lucrative market.

As a VAR operating in the channel, you are no doubt aware of the trend toward integrated payments. This convergence of POS software and payments is something you have to embrace if you want to capture revenue and hold onto your customers longer, especially with the market landscape constantly changing. You also need to partner with companies that understand integrated payments and Shift4 is best-in-class when it comes to this area – almost all of the company’s $200+ billion in transaction volume comes from software.
