  2. SaaS or On-Premise? Any differences to cost?
SaaS. There is no on-premise version as Autotask Endpoint Management (AEM) has been designed and developed as a 100% SaaS solution.

  3. Agent/Agentless/Both?
AEM utilizes the best of both agent-based and agent-less technology, to ensure all endpoints are managed, monitored and supported.

  4. Which mobile platforms do you support for monitoring?
    iOS and Android.

  5. What is the pricing structure for the RMM product? (what kind of cost/commitment is required before an MSP can start selling this product?) .
The pricing structure is incredibly simple – a single monthly charge per device, which is the same regardless of device type and includes the full range of RMM functionality. No hidden extras, no additional modules that cost more.

  6. What additional features/functions does the RMM software include? (e.g. antivirus, antispam).
AEM incorporates the full spectrum of RMM capability – audit, monitoring, management, remote support and reporting. There are no additional functions – such as AV – sold by Autotask as part of the offering, our strategy is to instead offer a wide range of technical integrations between AEM and MSP-relevant technologies (such as AV and backup).  AEM does include, as part of the standard technical and commercial offering, a screen-share technology called Splashtop, to ensure that MSPs can deliver a world-class remote takeover experience when controlling the end user desktop.

  7. What do you feel are the competitive advantages of your RMM vs other vendors?
    1. Simplicity – the UI and UX have been designed and developed to make the powerful, comprehensive RMM feature set within Autotask Endpoint Management easy to consume, thus delivering rapid time to value and an exceptional return on investment for customers.
    2. Scalability – the ‘true cloud’ nature of AEM means it scales on demand to meet the needs of MSPs, as their endpoint estate grows, and the number of users accessing and utilizing the system grows.
    3. SaaS – not only does AEM remove the constant overhead of managing on-premise RMM platforms, but the pace of product evolution is in keeping with the 100% SaaS heritage of the technology.
