Feature Release: GlueConnect Universal Search

Over the last few years, we have seen a number of MSPs acquiring one another. Although acquisitions help create economies of scale, it does cause a problem when it comes to documentation — multiple IT Glue accounts, each of which exists in a silo. This makes locating a piece of documentation a nightmare because it could be buried in any of your IT Glue accounts. 

Well, not anymore. We are bringing Universal Search to GlueConnect. For those not in the know, GlueConnect is our fully secure data bridge that connects different IT Glue accounts. With this new search function, technicians will be able to find any piece of documentation they need in seconds, regardless of which MSP subsidiary hosts it.
