D&H Named ‘Top Benchmark Survey Broadline Distributor' For The 11th Year Running In Ascii's Distribution Survey

D&H Distributing, a major provider of SMB and consumer technologies to the North American high-tech channel, announces it has been named the Top Benchmark Survey Broadline Distributor of 2019 in The ASCII Group’s Annual Distribution Survey. D&H has emerged as a leading distributor in this SMB-focused industry report for the 11th successive year, which is as long as ASCII has conducted the survey. The company won eight categories and tied for highest score in two more, resulting in superior rankings in 10 of the 16 categories and topping every other broadline distributor in the survey. The survey asked members of The ASCII Group to rate their distribution partners in categories including credit factors, pricing, knowledgeable and helpful sales reps, quick issue resolution, timely shipment, and ease of doing business. More respondents named D&H as their primary distributor than any other in the report. Many of those VARs described themselves as “extremely loyal” to their main distribution partner, and showed a preference for sourcing products from that distributor as opposed to other suppliers such as retailers or Amazon.
