Biggest increase in company history comes as MSP roster grows 78%

Bigleaf Networks recorded the biggest quarter of revenue in company history, growing its site-to-cloud connectivity platform 113% year-over-year. The company also saw a 78% uptick in the number of MSPs signing up to offer Bigleaf’s easy-to-deploy platform to their clients – joining a list that includes Aktion Associates, CTSI, and Cards Technology.

Bigleaf’s platform is built on a proprietary, AI-powered SD-WAN and point-of-presence architecture designed to deliver high quality, highly available, and resilient connections over any ISP that today’s organizations need to optimize and protect their increasingly SaaS-based operations.

“The ability to provide seamless, consistent customer experience without having control of connectivity reliability, is a constant struggle for MSPs in a world where their clients are increasingly investing in and relying on cloud and internet technology to compete in today’s market,” said Andrew Bagnato, VP of Sales. “Our unique site-to-cloud architecture gives them the ability to deliver truly reliable connectivity for every application, to every user, over any ISP.”

With Bigleaf’s Global MSP Program, MSPs get the resources and training they need to sell and deploy Bigleaf into their user base more easily. The program includes hands-on education, 24/7 support, and marketing and sales . The company continues to invest heavily into designing a product that makes manageability easier for MSPs, including Zero Touch Setup, updated reporting, and troubleshooting tools. As a result, Bigleaf has seen an incredible net annual revenue retention rate of 154%.

“With Bigleaf, we are able to solve the major connectivity issues we face as an MSP: prioritization on the WAN, single IP management across multiple internet service providers, and the ability to leverage multiple internet services in “always on” mode, said Dan Baer, CTO, Cards Technology. “Our clients do not have to purchase a ‘failover’ connection and hope to never use it. Bigleaf allows our clients to maximize their investment in connectivity and allows our team to monitor and manage all connections through a single pane of glass.”
