Too many resellers are questioning why restaurant owners are choosing to use third-party technologies that take 20 percent of each transaction. The truth is, they have no choice. They either pay the 20 percent or lose every customer that is using a third-party app to place an order. And since every consumer has his or her “go-to” app, the restaurant has to have a tablet for every option out there.
