Auvik Announces Integration With IT Glue

MSP partners will be able to sync auto-detected network inventory into IT Glue documentation

Auvik Networks, a provider of network monitoring and management software for managed service providers (MSPs), has announced a new integration with IT documentation platform IT Glue.

The integration will give MSPs the ability to sync details that Auvik automatically discovers about a network—such as device IP addresses, serial numbers, and software versions—into IT Glue, instead of entering the data manually.

As business-critical systems shift to the cloud, monitoring the health and configuration of networks is vital to delivering on managed services contracts. With Auvik and IT Glue, MSPs can be confident they have necessary information about all of their clients’ assets at their fingertips, giving MSPs increased control over client networks.

“Our joint customers can now access Auvik’s real-time network documentation within IT Glue instead of having to enter client network configuration details manually. Technicians rely on documentation for almost every task, so having easy access to reliable, real-time information is critical,” said Alex Hoff, Auvik’s VP of product and sales.

“Our partnership with Auvik means our MSP partners can further boost their efficiency and work smarter,” says Luis Giraldo, VP of product at IT Glue. “A deep understanding of how client networks are configured, combined with real-time documentation of this knowledge—that’s incredibly powerful. It will help reduce the amount of effort required to track assets and will increase accuracy.”

A pre-release version of the integration is available for demo at booth #400 throughout ConnectWise IT Nation from November 8-10 in Orlando. If you’re interested in joining the beta program, please reach out to Ray Patel, product manager, at rpatel@auvik.com.
