How To Evaluate Field Tech Job Performance
When we send staff into the field, we often don’t get much feedback unless it’s a negative experience. When those complaints roll in, we get a pretty good idea of what’s gone wrong and can take steps to address it.
The rest of the time we usually hear nothing but crickets, along with an occasional compliment from a proactive customer. But assuming “no news is good news” may not be the best way to assess their actual performance.
